Clothesline Project

The Clothesline Project is a student-led project that takes the course material beyond the classroom walls by organizing an awareness campaign and event for the greater community at large.

The purpose of this event is to raise awareness about victimization and to stand in solidarity with survivors. This project is sponsored by UKPD and VIP center. Survivors of crime are invited to make t-shirts that help them process their experiences and supporters are asked to write note cards of encouragement. The shirts and note cards are displayed to help raise awareness for crime survivors.
